Terms of Service

Alpino is a product brand operated by Sentra d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, EU (registration number and VAT number available upon request). Our registered address is in Slovenia. Alpino operates the website alpino.fit and manages pre-order reservations for the Alpino kids' watch.

When you place a reservation on alpino.fit, you are making a pre-order deposit of €1 (one euro). This is not a purchase of a finished product. It is a refundable reservation that secures your place in the early access queue and locks in the early bird pricing.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that:

• The Alpino watch is currently in development and has not yet been manufactured.
• The estimated delivery window is approximately 6 months from the reservation date, subject to change.
• The remaining balance of €98 will only be charged when the product is ready to ship.
• No subscription charges will apply until you receive your watch.

The early bird device price is €99 total, payable in two parts: €1 at reservation and €98 at shipping. This price is guaranteed for all early access reservations made during the pre-order period.

After delivery, a monthly subscription plan is required to use connected features:

• Alpino Basic: €4.90/month (bring your own SIM card)
• Alpino Connected: €7.90/month (EU cellular included)

Subscription pricing may change for new subscribers after the initial launch period. Early access customers who maintain an active subscription will retain their original pricing for a minimum of 12 months.

Alpino is an early-stage hardware product. While we are committed to delivering the product as described, hardware development involves inherent risks including manufacturing delays, component availability, regulatory certification timelines, and unforeseen technical challenges.

In the event that Alpino is unable to deliver the product for any reason, all reservation deposits (€1 per reservation) will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Alpino reserves the right to cancel the project at any time prior to the shipping of physical units.

We commit to communicating any significant delays or project changes to all reservation holders via email within 14 days of the decision.

You must be at least 18 years old to place a reservation. By completing a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence to enter into a binding agreement.

All content on alpino.fit — including but not limited to the Alpino brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, and written content — is the property of Sentra d.o.o. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpino's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of alpino.fit or your reservation shall not exceed the amount you have paid — being €1.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of placing your reservation without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@alpino.fit. A full refund of your €1 will be processed within 14 days.
